Se pasa de un ejercicio al siguiente sin apenas descanso. Necesitarás barras de remo, tubos de resistencia y mancuernas acuáticas. </p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natación braza (2 minutos)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remo con barras (1 minuto)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curl de bíceps con mancuernas acuáticas (1 minuto)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press de pecho con barras de remo (1 minuto)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensión de tríceps con tubo de resistencia (1 minuto)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentadillas a una pierna (1 minuto cada lado)</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agua corriente (1 minuto)</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consejos para hacer ejercicio en el agua</h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remo</strong>: Realice el movimiento de remo sentado. Mantén el tronco contraído y usa los brazos por igual.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Curl de bíceps</strong>: Sujeta las mancuernas acuáticas con las palmas hacia delante. Dobla los codos para llevar las mancuernas a los hombros. Haz una pausa y vuelve a la posición inicial.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Presione el pecho</strong>: Frente a los asientos terapéuticos de su bañera de hidromasaje, presione las barras de remo alejándolas de su cuerpo. Haz una pausa y vuelve al principio.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extensión de tríceps</strong>: Sujete el tubo de resistencia a la barra de acero inoxidable del spa. Colóquese frente a los asientos terapéuticos del spa y apóyese en el tronco mientras adopta una postura escalonada. Sujeta el asa del tubo por encima de la cabeza y dobla los codos para llevar los brazos hacia atrás. Estira los brazos para trabajar el tríceps.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sentadilla a una pierna</strong>: Colócate en una postura dividida, con el pie delantero en un escalón de un spa de natación. La pierna delantera será la pierna de trabajo. Ponte en cuclillas de modo que el muslo delantero quede paralelo al suelo del spa.
