Y no se nos ocurre mejor manera de celebrarlo que con una sesión de natación.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no es un día festivo oficial, en MasterSpas disfrutamos de cualquier oportunidad para darnos un chapuzón en un<a href=\"https://michaelphelpsswimspa.es/\">spa de natación Michael Phelps Signature</a>.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece que la gente ha nadado desde el principio de los tiempos, con pinturas rupestres que representan a antiguos nadadores. Pero el deporte tal y como lo conocemos empezó a surgir en el siglo XIX, cuando se inició la natación competitiva en Inglaterra. </p>\n\n\n\n<p>La natación se convirtió en deporte olímpico por primera vez en 1896, cuando se disputaron cuatro pruebas en los Juegos de Atenas: 100 metros, 500 metros y 1.200 metros estilo libre y 100 metros para los regatistas.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y aunque la mayoría de nosotros no seamos nadadores de talla mundial, podemos disfrutar de este deporte.
