Queremos que corras.  Sí, sabemos que aquí en Master Spas somos más de agua que de correr, pero hoy es el Día Mundial del Running y queremos celebrarlo. </p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https://globalrunningday.org/\" target=\"_blank\">El Día Mundial del Corredor</a> es una celebración mundial de la carrera y el movimiento. La iniciativa anima a todo el mundo a correr una vuelta, salir a caminar o jugar en el parque. </p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y aunque pensamos que son cosas estupendas, hay otra forma de registrar una carrera sin atarse las zapatillas. </p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https://michaelphelpsswimspa.es/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Un Swim Spa Michael Phelps Signature</a> ofrece un espacio para caminar, trotar o correr contra la corriente de agua que usted elija. Correr en el agua puede ser una excelente forma de entrenamiento para los corredores sin someter al cuerpo a un esfuerzo adicional. Los investigadores han estudiado cómo puede ayudar desde personas sedentarias hasta corredores de élite.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>He aquí por qué deberías probarlo:</p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El aqua jogging puede mejorar la capacidad aeróbica</li>\n\n\n\n<li>El aqua jogging quema más calorías que la carrera en tierra, hasta 3 calorías más por minuto. No parece impresionante, pero si se tiene en cuenta la duración del entrenamiento, la quema adicional se acumula. Un entrenamiento de 30 minutos equivale a casi 100 calorías más.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>La flotabilidad del agua ofrece un entorno de bajo impacto que no sobrecarga las articulaciones.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es un entrenamiento de todo el cuerpo, que te anima a utilizar las piernas, los brazos y el tronco.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un artículo publicado en el Journal of Obesity informaba de que, tras seis semanas en un programa de aqua jogging, los participantes experimentaron mejoras en la composición corporal, la forma física aeróbica y la calidad de vida. Y todo ello sin cambiar su dieta. </li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 ejercicios de aqua jogging para tu spa de natación Michael Phelps Signature</h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que con el running en tierra firme, puedes añadir interés a tu entrenamiento cambiando la duración y la intensidad. Con un spa de natación Michael Phelps de Master Spas, puedes programar un entrenamiento para cambiar la fuerza de la corriente a intervalos seleccionados. Es similar a usar una cinta de correr para cambiar la velocidad de la banda o usar uno de los botones de programa.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, tendrás que centrarte en tu esfuerzo más que en un ritmo. Piensa en lo que te parece fácil, moderado, duro y a tope. Más que eso, se trata de hacer un entrenamiento que te haga sentir bien y te dé fuerzas.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consejo rápido: la forma es clave.
