Colóquese de pie con los pies separados a la anchura de los hombros y las rodillas ligeramente flexionadas. Mantenga la cabeza recta y los brazos extendidos al frente a la altura del pecho. Gire con las caderas, manteniendo la barbilla, el pecho y la campana alineados mientras gira lentamente de lado a lado. Mantenga el tronco contraído. Repita el ejercicio.</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bajos de campana</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De pie, con los pies separados a la anchura de los hombros y las rodillas ligeramente flexionadas, sujeta una campana con los brazos</p>\n\n\n\n<p>a los lados. Mantén los codos rectos mientras llevas la campana hacia el pecho, pásala a la otra mano y vuelve a la posición inicial. Repita la secuencia. Mantenga el tronco contraído y no balancee el cuerpo.</p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rotación del núcleo del brazo abierto</h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De pie, con los pies separados a la anchura de los hombros, la cabeza recta y los brazos extendidos a los lados en línea con las orejas. Mantenga las campanas sueltas, contraiga el tronco y gire el cuerpo con las caderas de un lado a otro.
